Really? hmmm so when John R Zvara a weekly registrant for sex offender as homeless who has been sleeping in the same spots for a year and a half from 11 pm to 5 am gets arrested and charged as a predator where do these people go? Was he really stalking little children since he has no where indoors to sleep. The woman in charge of the offender unit once said who cares where he sleeps. This was last winter when it was 10 below. She then arrests him last week for registering as sleeping behind the gail borden from 11 pm to 5 am. Wow. Elgins finest bs at work.

that was an interesting focus. HOWEVER if you look at this man’s history, you will see he is currently in violation of probation at a felony level for violation of and failure to register repeatedly as a sex offender and his age group of choice is 10 and under. Maybe the police have a good reason for arresting him.
