Very tightly adominishing anything that is out any concervative and moral matter. Who's business was it what they did on their own time? I ask that there are many things wrong, and things are done wrong all the time, but some of those harm people, and bring severe consiquences. This brings money spent for the wrong reason. I believe some city offical was getting a ego wedgie. Can't let that happen without spending "whatever it takes!" to get to the bottom of nobodys business.
