		<description>The Lords Park lagoons were great when there was no road salt runoff and the water would freeze.  People still call the Museum every year to ask about skating on the lagoon.  Wish we could tell them yes.  The city rink is a really nice substitute, though.

		<description>Our family has very much appreciated having this activity throughout the winter months for several years! We've been skating around 20 times this winter alone.

Thank you to the City of Elgin for offering this to it's citizens. Please continue this tradition!</description>
