It’s guys like you that got us into the position we are in today. You best take a leave and let someone that has some intelligence have this Senate seat. I remember several years ago, down in Geneva, at a GOP meeting when Logan Burnidge told your dad That he looked tired and needed to step down from the chairmanship of the Kane County GOP Central Committee. Your dad took a beating that night by the GOP committeemen in attendance. People in your Senate District feel the same about you. You did not do anything when you were a member of the Senate. Why do you think anything will change now? The only jobs you got for people was through the political process. Your furniture store went bankrupt, how can you be trusted to help the State of Illinois out of their money problems? We have seen enough of the Rauschenberger family, and that includs you.

“You best take a leave and let someone that has some intelligence have this Senate seat.”

Does that mean Mike Noland has no intelligence?

“Your furniture store went bankrupt, how can you be trusted to help the State of Illinois out of their money problems?”

Bankruptcies happen to many good people. Not everyone who files has a spending problem. They just have an income problem. Ask a realtor. They’ll tell you the same thing. Or, tell someone who has been hit by a large hospital bill, or someone who was sued they have a spending problem. You may get a different opinion.

  3. David J. Reinert says:

When the GOP has know one else they can count to run for an office they return to the same worn out old penny. Rauschenberger had his day in the Illinois GA. He also ran and lost, big time, for Lt. Gov. a position way over his head. Now, he wants to return to the GA so he can become another loser. If he is the best choice the GOP could come up with, the party has more problens than they want to admit.

    • Paul says:

“When the GOP has know one else they can count to run for an office they return to the same worn out old penny. ”
The GOP didn’t return to you! David J. Reinert wrong again.
Of course, you being a convicted felon for embezzling hundreds of thousands of dollars from Elgin Township would make it a difficult return.
That the GOP refused to stand behind you and your criminality is CLEARLY your real bone of contention with the GOP.
      Hilarious.

  4. David J. Reinert says:

Paul your post is hilarious. Since I endorsed Annette Miller and Rick Burnidge, both members of the GOP, in the Township election you last statement has little, if any, creditability. The same as most of your post. At 73 years of age I dont plan a return to any political office. I know the Rauschenbergers. John Rauschenberger was the person responsible for me entering the political game in the first place. The citizens of Elgin have seen enough of their political agenda.

    • Paul says:

“Since I endorsed Annette Miller and Rick Burnidge, both members of the GOP”

Did they know that? And did they accept or refuse your endorsement?
      Now that is hilarity, Dave.

“At 73 years of age I dont plan a return to any political office. ”

So it your age and not your criminal conviction from abusing your previous elected position that is what’s stopping you?
      That really is hilarity, Dave!

“John Rauschenberger was the person responsible for me entering the political game in the first place. ”

That is the your first legitimate slam against them, unwittingly at that!
      Seriously, that is hilarity, Dave.

      • David J. Reinert says:

Paul, If you were as smart as you think, you would know the answers to your dumb statements. Guys like you are a dime a dozen and that would be nine cents to much. For your information, everyone I endorsed the last election, on this forumn, accepted my endorsement. I’m sorry to burst your bubble Paul, but I do have many, many friends in Elgin. Several may know you but would never admit it though. Who would admit that they know an idiot or mental retard?

        • David J. Reinert says:

Paul, please keep posting so we can all see how ignorant you really are. If you had a brain you would be dangerous.

          • Paul says:

“If you had a brain you would be dangerous.”

If you had any decency, integrity, responsibility or morality, you wouldn’t be dangerous. And then there would have been no need for you to be locked away from society in a jail cell!
            This is too easy.

            More hilarity, Dave.

        • Paul says:

“Paul, If you were as smart as you think, you would know the answers to your dumb statements. ”

Dave, if you were HALF as smart as you think, you would know I do know the answers. That was the hilarity part, Dave.
Even a half-wit would know that your age is NOT the reason why you haven’t run for office since your criminal conviction for looting the public coffers as an elected official.

Given your propensity for delusion on the above question, your claim Rick Burnidge accepted a criminally convicted elected politician’s endorsement would appear to be another of your delusions; especially in light of your claim that one of Rauschenberger’s egregious sins was backing G. Ryan PRIOR to Ryan’s criminal conduct.

“Who would admit that they know an idiot or mental retard?”

I would much rather have idiots and retards call me friend than delusional psychopathic convicted criminals.

What would your Jesus do, Dave? Or do you hide behind that, too!

          • David J. Reinert says:

Paul, I thought the the four o’clock hour was the time for your medication. Tell those ward officials that you need it now before you get violent and get off schedule. Maybe they will allow you to use the computer tomorrow for more of your crazy post. lol.

  5. David J. Reinert says:

The people with the white coats are ready to return you to your unit and give you your mental health medication. Be a good boy a go along without giving them any problems. The medication will help your mindset for another 24 hours.
