I voted at about an hour before closing time, and I was the 15th voter of the entire day, so I think turnout is probably low in this election.

Cook County election results show the top four finishers as:
Mike Warren - 73 votes (22%)
Emi Morales - 71 votes (21%)
Mike Robins - 69 votes (21%)
Brenda Rodgers - 58 votes (17%)
Nobody got more than 100 votes in Cook County (16 precincts).
Still waiting for Kane County results.
By the way, the Kane County elections website has been total garbage all night. Sometimes the pages would simply disappear, sometimes data that’s supposed to be one page ends up on another page. Right now the page for the city council results is blank, and on all pages where results are being shown, it’s saying 0 of 35 precincts voting. They need to figure out what they’re doing over there.
Update Again:
I’m guessing that Kane County results are done, though their site claims 0 of 62 precincts reporting.

It looks like like Brenda Rodgers edged out Mike Robins by about 20 votes to take 3rd place.

Ana Ortiz - 509 votes
Deborah Willis - 523 votes
The data for Republicans cannot be found anywhere on the site–right now at least.

To me it means business as usual in Elgin.
It looks like Mike Robins came out of nowhere to take 4th place, which puts him in the election
April 7.
He has a lot of positive momentum moving forward.

The top two got more votes than the bottom four combined. Warren and Morales = business as usual. Robins is the dark horse, or should I say, a “cinderella man.”

My hope is that Morales, Rodgers and Warren, all three illegal alien sympathizers, roll-overs and enablers, will cancel each other out and leave Robins to walk in.
Now it can be said: If you want MORE illegals in Elgin, vote for either Rodgers, who runs to the Federal skirt of illegals, Warren, who is mayor Ed Schock’s boy (how shameful for a grown man to be associated with a mayor in this manor), or Morales, who is sworn to uphold the anti-American agenda of LULAC and will add to the boatload of illegals and their anchor babies ALREADY entrenched in Elgin.
Americans have NO chance of saving Elgin without Robins. It’s clear. The other three in this race now have made it clear. THEY WANT MORE ILLEGALS IN ELGIN. When you ignore a problem you ARE asking for more of what you are ignoring.
Anyone want to volunteer THEIR home as an illegal alien hideout? Or, loan THEIR address out to anchor babies so they can go to U-46 schools? If so, contact Warren, Morales and Rodgers.

The flaw is that the people who voted for them didn’t do so because they are looking for “pro-illegal alien” candidates. How one-track minded do you have to be to think that these three distinct candidates have voter pools that are exactly the same??? A little too much of the AFLA punch, my friend - believe it or not, the world isn’t black and white, and either devoted to furthering illegal immigration or a card-carrying member of AFLA.
Any time you have three candidates who either dismiss or diminish the #1 problem/curse in Elgin, it IS black and white.
If the #1 issue in Elgin was non-working traffic lights and three candidates ignored it or said it wasn’t that bad, how would you feel? The same way, I bet.
Like it or not, illegal aliens IS Elgin’s #1 issue. When there are local ideas that may lead to local solutions on the table and three people ignore them, or say illegals are not a problem, like Morales said, then that IS black and white.

As Citizens for Lenora Scruggs, we believe that the way to change our local conditions, is to change the local governing bodies (the current council members). Lenora Scruggs is an extreme Blagocrat and Jesse Jackson/PUSH leader who has cut her political teeth with PUSH pal and alleged insurance fraudster Walter Blalark managing PUSH’s racial harassment of U-46. She is aligned with all the local interests that are responsible for the collapse of U-46 as a successful American educational endeavor. Sharing a vision of Elgin as a riverside version of some Chicago ghetto, Scruggs works through the “Unity in the Community” movement with all the other local agents of poverty, ethnic division and illegal alien activism to exterminate the last vestiges of middle class life from the community. It’s truly pathetic that as black Americans are some of the most grievously injured portions of our nation by the illegal alien menace that some blacks like Scruggs can’t wait to build political careers off the resulting poverty and social deterioration.
