I would encourage a deeper relationship with ICE to better facilitate the transfer of illegal aliens out of Elgin. I would not be in favor of initiating any policy that could be unconstitutional and cost the tax payers money." What a myopic response!!!! As a resident west of Randall road I am horrified that someone that doesn't understand the role of local alderman would want to represent us. I think we need to develop wards so as to keep small minded and obviously ill equipped citizens from representing our newer community.
