I too will keep my web site live as it will provide an ongoing communication tool and additional transparency in our city government. Having “some open discussion with citizens here, on this site” is a very progressive way to engage with City Council candidates. I would welcome the opportunity to set aside a day and time every week to achieve this dialogue. This then would provide the “widely-accessible information online” as James had mention. How would Sundays at 8:30 p.m. work to Blog on this important subject? This way everyone could have the family feed, the kids in bed and still take care of a few things before calling it night.
