You’re right Julie, I forgot to mention that you won 100% of the votes in your primary contest! Congratulations.

I like your website, I’m impressed by your active involvement in the Elgin community, and I wish you the best of luck in the general election.

I bet you stay busy with your campaign, but when some time opens up in your schedule, maybe a community garden for the next project…any thoughts on that?

BUT as the Green Party Candidate for Kane County Board Member District 20, I take umbrage at your assumption that she will easily win the seat in the General Election.

Now is the time for the Green Party for all those who are tired of the “first” party — the Democrat - Republicans!

thanks for posting this. i had no clue she went to larkin, and was actually there at the same time i was!

she came to my door and i agreed with everything she said. it was sort of funny, because i got the feeling she was used to needing to persuade people. every point she made was already something i take for granted, so we were sort of like “alright, guess there’s not much else for us to talk about here.”

i really like how she admitted she needs to do more research on the prairie parkway in this video. lots of politicians just make things up when they encounter a question they don’t know the answer to.
