City council wrap-up

- Persons Present: Maria Alvarez presented a plaque to the city on behalf of the Hispanic Heritage Coalition (HHC) for its support of Fiesta Salsa, which had 8,000 attendees this year.
- Persons Present: Judy Robnett and Charlene Eckols of South West Area Neighbors (SWAN) discussed issues of code enforcement and expressed appreciation for speedy cleanup after the last storm.
- Persons Present: John Colby(?) requested the City demolish a building and put in a retention pond to deal with flooding in his neighborhood.
- Offices and residences approved for 2895 Weld Road, north of the Otter Creek shopping Plaza, off Route 20.
- St. Edward Central High School can put in permanent light fixtures and stage night games.
- Luxury auto mall approved for intersection of Randall Road and Interstate 90.
