We were quite excited about the possibilities with purchasing a historic mansion. Sadly, the house is tucked into a small lot without a garage, so it doesn't fit our needs. Curiously, the house has a "for rent" sign instead of a "for sale". Anyway, thank you for sharing the information; it was educational.
