Looks like a master plan for Elgin’s downtown area, of which only two out of five things have come to pass, unless they decided to move the condos farther west on Kimball.

I should have wrote a little more in the entry. The picture is actually mine. I was wondering what other people thought about the idea of a North Park, more specifically whether it would be better as a park or as the site of a new concert hall.
Hmmm, that’s a tough one. I guess I would vote for a concert hall, as the Hemmens has long passed its capacity, and a larger venue can only increase the stature of Elgin as a place for top acts to come. My two cents.
